Message	...get rid of HICAS anyway. It's more of a hinderance on high speed road courses than anything else, IMO. Solo II you're allowed to change your wheels to a bigger size in the SP and SM classes. Dunno about Solo I or Club Racing since I dont have a General Competition rule book tho.
